Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of DR DATA SERVICES, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Scope of Services

We provide data management, database administration, cloud migration, business intelligence, and related professional services as described in individual Statements of Work (SOWs). Each project is governed by a specific SOW that details deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each SOW. Generally:

• Discovery Package: Full payment required upfront
• Project Delivery: Milestone-based or 50% upfront, 50% on completion
• Managed Data Care: Monthly invoicing, payable within 15 days

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom code, databases, and deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in service delivery.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in the SOW.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days' written notice. You are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
